With the deepening of the marketization degree of the construction industry,the development of the construction market has entered a mature stage,and the competition among construction enterprises is becoming white-hot.For construction companies,cost control directly affects the overall economic benefit of the company,and it runs through the whole management process of the company.Therefore,the quality of cost management will affect the profitability of the company and the smooth progress of the project.Earned value method is a method to analyze the difference between the target implementation and the target expectation.This paper focuses on the topic of cost control,takes CG construction company's contact channel project as the research object,analyzes the status quo of project cost control,and proposes optimization measures based on the status quo,so as to clarify the significance and value of the paper.Firstly,combining the characteristics of the contact channel,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the contact channel project cost control by using the traditional cost control method of the project.The current situation is summarized into five parts: cost control system,project organization system,fund management,material and equipment management and personnel distribution.The earned value method is used to calculate the data difference between the planned cost and the actual cost,establish the curve,correlate the project cost with the construction schedule,refine the cost control problem,and analyze the actual construction situation of the project point-to-point.Finally,the project cost control from the management system,construction organization plan,materials and equipment management and human resources management to put forward safeguard measures.So as to provide guidance and reference for cost control management of each construction project and sustainable development of the company.
