The Design And Realization Of Project Management System Based On Workflow

With the increase of business volume and the expansion of enterprise scale,the traditional project management methods are less and less able to meet the actual needs of enterprises.Some state-owned enterprises in the production and operation process,there are irregularities in the production process,project control is not in place,production standards are not unified and other drawbacks.The use of computer advanced technology to build an information management system,improve production efficiency,fine production process has become the strategic goal of enterprises.This paper is entrusted by the information technology company of a large state-owned electric power enterprise,through close communication with the relevant responsible person,detailed analysis of the actual production and operation process of the company,design and implement the project management system based on workflow.The system uses B/S mode to develop,selects springboot+mybatis plus as the development framework,introduces activiti workflow engine as the process driver,integrates activiti components with the system,and provides technical support for workflow standardization and visualization.The system mainly realizes six modules:workflow management,basic information management,project process management,project cost management,project purchase management and project statistical analysis.Workflow management mainly includes the standardized design and deployment of business process model and the integration of activiti engine,which standardizes the production process and shortens the project production cycle.Basic information management mainly includes the management of organization information,resource information,role information,user information and other system basic information,as well as parameter information,business line information,customer information and other project basic information.Project management mainly includes project management,progress management and project closure management,covering the whole processfrom decision-making to implementation to project closure.Cost management mainly includes the application,review and statistics of travel expenses and other related expenses of project related personnel.Procurement management mainly includes the management of material procurement,service procurement and human outsourcing procurement.Project statistical analysis mainly includes project cost statistical analysis,progress statistical analysis,milestone statistical analysis,and assists project management personnel to make decision-making analysis of project information from a macro perspective.This system is the application software for project management personnel to implement project management.It plans,organizes,directs,coordinates,controls and evaluates the whole process of project from investment decision-making to the end of filing,and achieves the goal of fine management.At present,the project management system has been released and put into use by relevant personnel of the company for a period of time.From the feedback,the system runs smoothly,can better meet the needs of various departments and realize the business needs of the company,and has been recognized by relevant users.
