With the high-speed operation of the EMU,the impact and vibration between the train and the rail will increase,which will lead to the train running parts and gear box heat due to mechanical friction.When the temperature is abnormally high,it will cause the bearing fracture and deformation,and seriously affect the EMU traffic safety.The traditional axis temperature monitoring system is complex,the sensor connection is much,the follow-up signal processing is cumbersome,the system's precision is low,and the reliability is bad.It is difficult to meet the rapid development of China's high-speed railway.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of train operation,it is of great significance to develop reliable and excellent axle temperature monitoring system for high-speed EMU.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional shaft temperature monitoring system and reduce the load of traditional system chips,this paper presents a temperature monitoring and alarming system based on modular high-speed EMU of the host computer to improve product reliability and redundancy.The system functions are assigned to different modules,including:temperature acquisition module,power supply module,digital input/output module,logic processing module,memory module,communication module and so on?To improve the interchangeability of the system,axis temperature monitoring system host also use standard 3U chassis.The system adopts DSP+FPGA architecture as its control core,greatly improving its processing ability and calculation speed for complex algorithms,and meeting the real-time requirements of high-speed EMU for axis temperature monitoring and pre-alarm judgment.The four-wire system temperature measurement circuit and sensor state diagnosis circuit based on PT100 are designed to improve the temperature measurement accuracy?anti-interference ability and working stability of the system.It has been verified by engineering to meet the requirements of the shaft temperature monitoring and alarm system of high-speed EMUs.
