With the rapid development of computer network technology and communication technology, modern ship management also rapid development to digital networked directions. Monitoring and alarming system for marine engine already from centralized monitoring system to distributed monitoring system to today’s distributed fieldbus control system, formed a digital automated monitoring mode.Because the high-speed ships of application and promotion in the country, for high-speed ship performance requirements also will be increasingly. High-speed Monitoring and alarming system mainly used in medium-sized ships, medium privateers, auxiliary and high speed craft of power plant. Monitoring and alarming system for marine engine as an important part of ensure high-speed ships safe operation, have an essential impact on the overall performance of the high-speed ships. In foreign monitoring and alarming system adopts the network structure, enabling the marine engine monitoring, status display, fault alarm, save data and print functions, improve the overall reliability of the monitoring alarm system. Then use VRP-Builder to the model get on scene and scripts editing, and to achieve communication between the scene and the PLC monitoring alarm system, realize model virtual operating and monitoring alarm systems of three-dimensional virtual simulation.
