As the development of China’s railway goes into a new period,the technology of China’s electric locomotive has basically achieved localization.The manufacturing technology of HXD3C electric locomotive and various electrical equipments has been relatively mature.But the main control center as a key component can only be produced and trouble-shooted,and people does not have the ability to develop and innovate it.The locomotive network control system is an important part of the HXD3C electric locomotive.The operating status is related to the safety and stability of driving.As the control core of the locomotive network control system,the main control Center has functions such as controlling and monitoring,which plays a decisive role in the performance of the locomotive network control system.Therefore,the development of the main control Center with independent intellectual property rights is the key to fully realizing the full localization process of HXD3C locomotive.The main work of this topic is as follows:(1)Based on a brief analysis of several kinds of field buses commonly used in locomotive network control system,the structure,characteristics,composition and function of the HXD3C locomotive network control system are discussed,and the composition and principles of CAN,I2C,and CPCI buses are studied in depth.It lays the foundation for the hardware design of the subsequent main control Center.(2)By analyzing the function,external interface and hardware of the main control Center,it is divided into five functional modules to complete the hardware platform design;The reason of STPC Atlas as main processor is analyzed,and the parameters of the controlling sub-board are configured.Complete the design of the signal input circuit of digital input sub-board,analog frequency input sub-board and the peripheral circuit of microprocessor.(3)Analyze the advantages of the real-time operating system QNX as the main control Center software platform and complete the mirror file encapsulation and transplantation of the main control unit software platform;Complete the main control Center hardware drive design under QNX and illustrate the USB driver design.(4)According to the realization functions required by the main control Center,the software preparation work is completed,and the main task flow is analyzed;The human-machine interface of the experimental platform of the HXD3C locomotive network control system is designed and implemented under Qt.On the test platform of the HXD3C locomotive network control system,the functional test of the main control Center is conducted through the human machine boundary.The result show that the design meets the basic requirement of the main control Center of the HXD3C electric locomotive.The function of the main control center is realized,which lays a certain foundation for the full localization of the HXD3C eletric locomotive.
