Urban rail transit(URT)is widely used in large and medium-sized cities in China as a secure and fast means of mass traffic.Because URT has the characteristics of large carrying capacity and concentrated passenger flow,the safety and reliability of each key train system has become the top priority of the safety work of metro operators in various cities.And the train braking system is related to the the lives safety of countless people,which must ensure that it works safely and reliably in the process of train operation.Regular maintenance and repair of train braking system can greatly reduce the incidence of train accidents.Therefore,it is very important for the safety of train operation to design a highly efficient and stable braking system performance test bench.In this paper,the working process and principle of HRDA digital analog electro-pneumatic braking system in metro vehicles are studied.Based on the detailed analysis of the working principle of the train braking system and its braking control device,the design scheme of the electronic braking control unit for metro vehicles and the two-in-one test platform for single metro vehicle braking is put forward.Through hardware design and selection and software program design of upper computer,the performance test of electronic brake control unit and single metro vehicle brake control device are realized.According to the design scheme,the hardware of the test-bed mainly realizes the control function and detection function.The control function is realized by industrial personal computer,brake test control unit,signal processing unit and so on.The detection function is realized by industrial personal computer,data acquisition card,signal processor,pressure sensor and so on.The brake test control unit,which can be a metro vehicle or a brake control unit,is connected to the external test equipment through connectors such as high-standard aviation plugs.On the other hand,it can control unit outputs the control signal to the industrial personal computer and receives the pulse signal from the external test equipment collected by the signal processing unit simultaneously.The host computer software running on industrial personal computer is mainly responsible for human-computer interaction.According to the requirements of test procedure,a series of automatic tests are carried out on the single vehicle brake device and electronic brake control unit on the test bench.Finally,test records are generated after evaluating the test results according to relevant standards.After completing the design of software and hardware,the electronic brake control unit and single vehicle brake system of metro vehicles are tested by using this test-bed on-site,and the performance of train brake system is successfully tested.
