As a key component of train,rolling bearing is easy to be damaged.Monitoring the bearing can ensure the safety of train operation.In this paper,a train remote monitoring system is proposed.The bearing vibration data is sent to the system server by 4G wireless communication technology.The system server receives the data and processes it so that the train dispatching center can get the running status of the train bearing in time.The system has the function of processing bearing vibration signal.Firstly,through the time domain analysis of rolling bearing vibration data,kurtosis value and impulse factor index are selected,and fault alarm module is constructed to realize the fault alarm of rolling bearing.Then,the signal denoising module of the system is constructed by choosing the wavelet basis,threshold and threshold function of the wavelet algorithm,and the signal is denoised.By analyzing the power spectrum,Cepstrum and envelope spectrum of the vibration signal after denoising,the frequency domain analysis module of the system is constructed,and compared with the characteristic frequency of bearing fault the artificial judgment of bearing fault is realized.Finally,the system fault diagnosis module based on BP neural network is constructed,and the energy of wavelet packet is extracted as the input of fault eigenvector to realize the automatic judgment of bearing fault type.This system uses Java web technology and MVC design pattern to design the whole structure.In data transmission aspect,the data sending module is established by Java RXTX technology,and the data on the remote sefver connected with the acquisition card is sent to the controller.The controller transmits the data to the system server by controlling the 4G module.At the same time,the system server based on Mina framework is established to receive and store the data.After testing,the system can accurately alarm the faulty bearing,and has a higher accuracy in judging the type of bearing faults;the data transmission module has fast transmission speed and no data loss;the system has a friendly interface and is easy to operate,which has a certain application value.
