Research On The Improvement Of Lean Management Of D Company G Workshop Production Logistics

Railway is an important means of passenger and cargo transportation,which affects the economic development of the country.With the emergence of high-speed railway and the requirements of environmental protection concept,the railway industry has entered a stage of great development.With the global economic integration,the competition of railway and surrounding industries is becoming more and more fierce,D company is a Research Institute of XX Group which based on rail transit power equipment technology development and Machinery Manufacturing,is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the present market environment.Logistics management,as the "third profit source" of enterprises,has been paid more and more attention in the context of today's great environment.This article take D Corporation's G workshop(production workshop of the division)as an example,analyzes and studies the related production logistics in the production and assembly process of the main product of the workshop,the supercharger.Based on the analysis and generalization of lean theory,this paper puts forward the necessity of introducing lean concept into daily production management.The author goes to the production workshop to understand the production situation,Firstly,the paper briefly introduces the production and operation of G workshop of D Company,and puts forward the problems existing in production management at present.Secondly,the existing problems of G workshop are summarized and analyzed,and the ways and means to improve the existing production logistics mode are put forward by combining the concept of lean management to the location,configuration and route of warehousing.Finally,the implementation of the improvement Program,to achieve beat production,improve the level of lean production,in order to maximize the use of personal effects,improve production efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of the company.
