At present,the competition in the automobile manufacturing industry in various countries in the world is intensifying.Under the situation of the continuous development of economic globalization,logistics management is also increasingly valued by major companies.ZQ is facing major challenges.Toyota in Japan first applied the concept of lean management to production logistics.The goal of lean production is to achieve zero inventory and eliminate the waste caused by the enterprise in the production process.This idea can effectively reduce the production cost.Under the company’s own competitiveness.This article selects the production logistics of the W workshop of ZQ company for research.First,it explains the concept,advantages and characteristics of the automobile production line,the theory of lean production and supply chain management,the basic theory of production logistics and the planning method;secondly,it uses the field survey and observation method.The design,principle and external connection of ZQ company’s production line,the regional division of W workshop and the status quo of logistics management are sorted out,and it is concluded that the production logistics of ZQ company W workshop lacks preliminary planning,logistics management order is chaotic,and inter-process production.The problem of unbalanced capacity and long transportation distance of production materials,and after analyzing the internal and external environment of the workshop,proposed the necessity of the workshop to implement lean improvement of production logistics;then,in response to the problem,the production of the W workshop of ZQ company was proposed.The principles and objectives of the logistics optimization plan are optimized from the perspectives of station rhythm production and logistics distribution plans.At the same time,the indicators after the implementation of the production logistics optimization plan are determined,the warehouse is adjusted,and the The size of the item makes a corresponding distribution plan.Finally,in order to enable the smooth implementation of the production logistics improvement plan of the W workshop of ZQ company,the production logistics performance evaluation of the workshop was formulated,and the index system constructed by the correlation matrix evaluation method was scored and calculated,and the comprehensive scores before and after optimization were compared.,Summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the program,and finally proposed a guarantee mechanism for the implementation of optimized production logistics.This article aims to effectively optimize the production logistics model by applying lean production theory to actual production logistics management,and at the same time provide a reference for the logistics management of automobile manufacturing companies.It can help domestic automobile manufacturing companies improve logistics efficiency,reduce logistics costs,and improve their service levels.
