| The development of any type of electric transmission rail transit train is inseparable from the development of the corresponding electric traction system.In the development process of electric traction system,only static type test can be carried out on the electric traction test bench,and dynamic type test cannot be carried out.Dynamic type test requires loading test run.In the train simulation training device used for training,a control device capable of real-time simulation of the train speed change process is also required.These two different applications require the development of a control device that simulates the dynamic process of train speed dynamics.The device can solve the problem that the static type test can only be performed on the electric traction test bench,and can meet the requirements for the change process of the simulated train running speed in the train simulation training device.To this end,a train simulation operation control device is developed in the work of the thesis.With this device,the dynamic test of the traction system without loading the vehicle on the test bench can be realized.At the same time,the train speed change process can also be simulated in the train simulation training device using the device.The development of this project uses the theory of traction calculation to determine the real-time simulation calculation method of train speed change process.Based on this,the design of real-time simulation operation control software is carried out.The real-time simulation of the speed change process of the train under the predetermined line,the predetermined load and the predetermined working condition is realized,and the motor operation is controlled by the simulation operation result,which can ensure that the change process of the running speed of the unit is basically consistent with the change process of the real train running speed.This paper develops a set of control device for simulating train operation with PLC as the core.The device can receive the controller command when used in the train simulation training device,and determine the traction force according to the preset traction characteristic curve.The unit operation is controlled by the output speed control command,and then the simulation of the train speed change process is realized.When used in the electric traction test rig,the torque detection signal can be collected in real time to determine the traction force.The real-time output speed control command is used to control the running of the co-test motor in the speed control mode,so as to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the train operation.At the same time,the interface of the input and output of the device is defined,such as the bus interface and the I/O interface.The device is versatile and can be easily integrated into different development platforms and training devices.Finally,the device is used to run experiments in the mutual-feeding test system and the subway training device.The results show that the purpose of simulating the speed change of the train under the predetermined line,the predetermined load and the predetermined working condition can be achieved.The simulation device developed by the thesis has been integrated into the subway simulation training device exported to foreign countries,and is applied on the AC straight traction electric traction test bench. |
