With the acceleration of high-speed railway train running speed,the requirements for train traction system and braking system are getting higher and higher.The trains traction control system developed needs type test in the laboratory before loading test to verify whether the system to be loaded can meet the requirements of technical specifications and so on.But at present,the development of electric traction system is mostly used for static characteristic test,which is difficult to meet the requirements of dynamic working characteristics.In order to ensure that the development of electric traction test system meets the requirements of dynamic working characteristics and real-time performance,this paper presents a complete method to construct a test system for various working conditions of electric traction system,including the structure of the test platform,the structural parameters of the train simulation operation system(i.e.the accompanying test system),the control method and the control program.The system can form mutual feeding on AC side or DC side by means of mutual feeding,thus realizing the type test of AC or DC system and various driving forms.The feasibility of the system is demonstrated.Electric traction type test system is mostly composed of subject system and accompanying system,in which the accompanying system provides load for the subject system under electric traction condition and power for the subject system under braking condition.In order to simulate the process of velocity change,the speed control method of the accompanying test system is studied.On the basis of the complete control scheme,the dynamic change process of the system speed and the output waveform of traction converter are observed through test simulation.The feasibility of the type test is demonstrated by using the system instead of the actual train.A low-power test platform is developed.The feasibility and real-time performance of the program are verified by the program design of the real-time control system of train simulation operation transmitted by bus.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method can not only meet the requirements of the dynamic performance test of the electric traction system,i.e.the continuous speed change process,but also collect and process the operation parameters of the tested system in real time.The test platform can not only simulate the complete operation process of electric locomotive,but also provide a test platform for the assessment and development of the main components of the whole system.It has good functionality and economic benefits.
