The planning and construction of power grid plays a vital role in regional economic development.At present,the scale of construction of medium and low voltage distribution networks in large cities in China is continuously expanding,reasonable use of project construction funds,maximizing the improvement of unreasonable distribution network structure,improving the reliability of the overall power supply of the power grid,and improving the scientific management of equipment throughout the life cycle Technology has become the primary issue facing the management of distribution network equipment engineering.In order to speed up the urbanization process,the urban power grid must quickly complete the urbanization of the rural power grid.It has become an urgent task to use full life cycle management in the implementation of distribution network equipment projects.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to strengthen the research on the whole life cycle management of urban distribution network equipment.The research contents of this paper are as follows.1.The role of life cycle management in distribution network engineering management has been comprehensively analyzed,based on discussing in detail the characteristics of life cycle cost management method and the analysis of life cycle cost management.This thesis analyzes the whole life cycle cost of distribution network engineering and the technical and economic evaluation index of distribution network engineering.The life cycle cost of distribution network engineering is calculated by consideration on the influence of technical and economic index parameters on life cycle cost.On the basis of meeting the development needs of distribution network equipment engineering and the reliability of power supply,the comparison and optimization of distribution network equipment engineering alternatives are carried out.As a result,the optimal combination of cost and economic benefit in the whole life cycle of distribution network project is obtained,and the optimal scheme is determined.2.Establish an optimization model for the entire life cycle planning of distribution network engineering equipment,consider the initial investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,failure cost,and scrap cost of the planning plan,and obtain a planning plan that meets economic and reliability.Based on RRA algorithm,the whole life cycle optimization of distribution network equipment engineering planning is proposed.RRA algorithm is used to solve the mathematical model of equipment engineering planning of distribution network and optimize the structure of distribution network.The RRA algorithm makes the outlier solution jump out of the local optimality,improves the global optimization ability of the algorithm,and thus obtains the planning scheme that satisfies the reliability and the best economy.3.The paper also concerns the calculation method in life cycle cost of distribution network project,by adapting a sample of Licheng 220kV Kaiyuan substation 10kV line allocation project and designing several distribution network schemes.According to the characteristics and situation of distribution network engineering project,the life cycle management theory is applied to comparing and analyzing different alternatives in the decision-making of engineering project while the optimal planning scheme is finally obtained.In summary,this paper applies the life-cycle management theory to the equipment engineering of distribution network,and establishes the life-cycle planning and optimization model for the equipment engineering of distribution network.Using the RRA algorithm to solve the mathematical model of the distribution network equipment engineering planning,optimize the distribution network grid structure,the simulation verifies the effectiveness of the method.Use the life cycle cost management method to analyze the distribution line engineering examples,select the alternatives,and reflect the practical value of life cycle management in the distribution network equipment engineering.
