With the rapid development of economy,environmental problems are more and more obvious.It is urgent to change the development mode and develop green and low carbon.In addition,in recent years,the concept of green and environmental protection has been deeply rooted in the people's mind,and electric vehicles have the characteristics of clean and low carbon,so electric vehicles are welcomed by countries and markets.China also vigorously supports the development of battery car industry,and the application range of electric vehicles is more and more wide.Therefore,as the power of electric vehicles to protect the charging facilities planning is very important.In this paper,the location and capacity of urban charging station and the distribution and transportation of battery in power station are studied:(1)This paper introduces the charging facilities of urban electric vehicles,analyzes the theory and influencing factors of location and capacity determination of charging stations,and then expounds the vehicle routing problem of battery distribution in power stations.(2)Aiming at the problem of charging facility planning of urban electric vehicle,a method of location and capacity determination of charging station based on Particle Swarm Genetic hybrid algorithm is proposed.In the aspect of location,the paper uses the traffic flow of network nodes to predict the demand of charging load,and uses the geometric and linear characteristics of Voronoi diagram to plan the location of charging station,so as to determine the optimal location and service scope.In the aspect of constant capacity,the queuing theory is used to optimize the capacity allocation of charging station with the minimum capacity cost of customer waiting cost as the objective function.Finally,taking the lowest comprehensive social cost as the objective function,the PSO-GA hybrid algorithm is used to solve the objective function,and the optimal charging facility planning scheme is obtained through comparison.(3)In order to solve the problem of battery distribution in power plants,a new scheduling method based on Bee Evolutionary Genetic algorithm is proposed.Using the mechanism of bee breeding and evolution,the genetic algorithm is improved.In order to meet the needs of power station changing with soft time window,the shortest vehicle path of battery distribution is taken as the objective function,and MATLAB is used to solve the problem.Finally,a better distribution route is obtained.
