The construction industry has made outstanding contribution to the gross output value of the national economy,It’s the pillar industry of China’s economic development.In the past 30 years,the rapid development of China’s construction industry is due to the strong investment of external capital and the national urbanization development policy,not the adjustment of the industry or the improvement of the comprehensive quality and management ability of enterprises.With the slowdown of urbanization,the competition of enterprises in the construction industry really depends on their own core competitiveness.project department as a direct income generating organization of construction enterprises.Actively manages it and establishes a set of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system for it,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of project department and promoting the development of enterprises.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,reviews and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and cards the research frame and research methods.In order to consolidate the theoretical basis of the paper,the paper elaborates the basic concepts of performance appraisal,balanced scorecard,analytic hierarchy process and so on.Then,taking GJ enterprise as an example.Making a full introduction to the enterprise background and the current situation of its performance appraisal.Found that in the process of performance evaluation,there are some problems such as incomplete performance evaluation,not combined with enterprise strategy,low level of evaluation and strong subjectivity.The fourth and fifth parts are the important chapters of this paper.The fourth part disassembles the enterprise strategy of GJ construction enterprise,draws the strategic map of the project department level,and establishes the Balanced Scorecard index system with the subordinate project department as the evaluation object.The method to determine the weight of the index system is discussed,and the scoring principle and scoring method of each index are defined.In the fifth part,the balanced scorecard is applied to a and B project departments,and the results are summarized.Hoping this paper can provide some reference for GJ construction company performance evaluation,and also provide some new ideas for the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance evaluation of the same industry.
