The pressure dispersive recoverable anchor cable is widely used in geotechnical anchorage engineering,and there are many ways of recovery,but there are still some problems,such as the lack of a unified calculation model of load transfer in the anchorage section,the difficulty of recovery and unlocking,etc.Based on the construction project of the anchor cable between Guangqumenwai station and Yonganli station of Beijing metro line 17,this paper takes the pressure dispersion rotary recovery type anchor cable applied in the project as the research object,analyzes the mechanics of its anchorage section and improves its recovery mode.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,because the anchoring effect of the anchor cable depends on the bond stress of the anchorage section,according to its anchoring effect,the mechanical analysis of the anchorage section of the pressure dispersion type anchor cable is carried out,and the hyperbolic function model of shear stress and axial force load transfer of the anchorage section of the pressure dispersion type anchor cable is proposed,and the stress distribution of the parameters such as pulling load,the influence of drawing load,axial stiffness of anchorage body and length of anchorage section on stress distribution is discussed.Secondly,the structural characteristics and recovery principle of the pressure dispersing rotary recovery anchor cable are analyzed,and the recovery effect is evaluated.Finally,by changing the locking mode of the steel strand and the anchorage,the structural part of the rotary recovery anchorage is optimized,and a new type of press recovery anchorage is designed.The finite element method is used to simulate it,and the stress distribution characteristics of each part of the anchorage are analyzed by loading different preloads.The results show that the hyperbolic function model can obtain complete load displacement curves under the influence of different factors;compared with the rotary recovery anchorage,the press recovery anchorage is more convenient in operation,and the efficiency of locking and recovery will be greatly improved.The research results provide the basis for the theoretical research and engineering practice of the pressure dispersing compression recovery anchor cable.
