| Polyurea coating material has been widely applied in anti-explosion protection of masonry,concrete,metal and other substrates,but there are few studies on polyurea coating material in the field of tank truck protection,and even fewer studies on composite damping material into polyurea coating.Firstly,the basic properties,thermal properties and dynamic mechanical properties of polyurea Q190 m and damped Q413 m materials are analyzed.Then,the impact protection effect of polyurea composite impact coatings with different coating methods was studied through the impact reduction experiment of tank truck.On this basis,the vehicle impact test of tank car storage tank was carried out.Finally,ls-dyna finite element simulation was used for verification.Firstly,the basic properties of Q190 m materials and Q413 m materials were studied,mainly including the curing time,density,hardness,tensile properties,tear properties,adhesion and so on of viscoelastic damping materials.The experimental results show that the curing time of Q190 m and Q413 m materials is relatively short,and they belong to the environmental protection materials with light weight and high solid content.Q413 m material is a damping material close to the viscous material,which cannot be used as a coating material alone.However,Q190 m material has a hard texture,high strength and abrasion resistance,which is suitable for the protection of the outermost layer of the coating.The adhesion of the two materials meet the corresponding requirements and meet the construction requirements.Secondly,The experimental results of thermal weight loss of Q190 m material and Q413 m material show that the thermal stability of Q190 m material between 250℃ and 450℃ is better than that of Q413 m material,and when the temperature reaches 750℃,the thermal degradation products of both materials are lower than 10%,and the content of impurities in the material is less;Hopkinson pressure bar experiment results show that both Q190 m and Q413 m materials have a good stress wave attenuation effect and a high sensitivity to strain rate.They have excellent mechanical properties and strong energy absorption characteristics under high frequency load,and can be applied to structures or substrates resisting high frequency load.Thirdly,The experimental results show that the coating protection,the thickness and the location of the restraint layer have great influence on the impact resistance of the composite coating.The results show that the coating of Q190 m material has a good impact resistance effect on the tank shrinkage model.Research on the thickness of constraint layer shows that with the decrease of Q190 m material and the increase of Q413 m material,the impact protection effect of composite coating is enhanced.The results show that with the same thickness of material layer,the composite coating composed of two alternating coatings has the best impact resistance.Fourthly,Fuel oil tank car hits the experimental results show that after a crash,blank fuel tanks and tank deformation of 925 mm,the biggest sag crash to welding parts,tank water leakage in great quantities,and alternate spray five groups Q190 m material and Q413 m fuel tanks tanks of the biggest sag in the deformation of 190 mm,not present any rupture surface leakage phenomenon of tank,spraying Q190 m alternately materials and Q413 m materials composed of composite coating has the obvious impact resistant protective effect on the oil tank.Finally,Finite element simulation results show that the fuel oil tanks shrinkage ratio model it Rigid materials chosen for impact simulation model,Johnson-Cook material model and Mooney-Rivlin model can describe the reasonable impact hopkinson bar,aluminum alloy substrate and the coating material damage forms in impact problem,model the maximal displacement and the experimental results.Rigid material model,johnson-cook material model and mooney-rivlin material model selected in the simulation of tank vehicle collision can reasonably describe the failure forms of collision device,aluminum alloy substrate and coating material in the collision problem,and the maximum displacement of tank is basically consistent with the experimental results.To sum up,the polyurea composite coating used in tank car storage tank has a good impact protection effect,which is of great significance in engineering application. |
