| Car LNG storage tank is the core component of LNG vehicle fuel system,and it is used as the storage container of LNG.In this thesis,the structure,material selection,thermal insulation and safety performance of car LNG tank are analyzed.Through the comparison of various forms of car LNG tank,select the appropriate type of tank,discusses the calculation method of cylinder structure size,within the inner diameter of 500 mm cylinders for example,calculate the barrel length,the cylinder wall thickness and wall thickness of the cylinder head,the size of a series of calculation,the tube diameter is a series of dimensions 400~600mm of the cylinder;through the analysis of car LNG tank material,select suitable materials manufacturing,heat treatment and welding performance of 9Ni steel;car LNG tank introduced the commonly used thermal insulation materials,insulation type and research status,condition analysis of different parts of cylinder leakage enthusiasm of the inner cylinder,with inner diameter of 500 mm cylinders for example calculation of heat leakage;application ANSYS in process equipment design,using the ANSYS analysis in the cylinder barrel,compared the working pressure of the cylinder pressure and the design rules of stress and strain under different pressure,static analysis of gas cylinders In this paper,the stress and strain laws are analyzed under the condition of thermal analysis,vehicle acceleration or emergency braking,and the stress and strain laws are optimized.There is no car LNG tank standard in our country,this paper has some reference value and engineering significance to the design and research of car LNG tank. |
