With development of natural gas industry,large liquefied natural gas prestressed full containment tank have been widely used due to its predominance such as warehouse capacity, the small size of land occupied and high-perfomance security in use.In recent years, under the background of techno-economic globalization, some LNG prestressed concrete full containment tanks have been built in our country through the introduction of foreign technology,some construction technique of the kind of storage tanks have been known.However,the systemic analysis and study about the kind of storage tanks are scarce,especially the study on behavior of the LNG prestressed concrete tank when under low temperature is basically at the blank state.A volume of 50000m3 full containment LNG prestressed tank belong to some LNG emergency duty station project in shanghai has been taken as research object,the author principally carry out a research as following,by means of a large amount of document and information:1. A finite element model of volume of 50000m3 large LNG prestressed full containment tank is formed.2. LNG prestressed tank finite element analysis of overall structure static force has been carried out, each solution result of LNG prestressed tank under kinds of loads is respectively analyzed and compared.3. Two types of thermal-structural material load static force coupling finite element analysis in case of inside and outside differences in temperature for large prestressed concrete tank,have been emphasizedly carried out .Afterward,each solution result is respectively analyzed and compared.4. Prestress bars in the storage tank have been made adjustment,finite element analysis of model which had been adjusted has been carried out, two solution results which tendons of the tank wall before and after adjustment have been compared and analyzed.The more reasonable method of prestress applying to structure has been abtained.The results showed that:when tinplate lining normal work,the compressed stress of prestressed storage tank is biggest,which situation is one of the worst load combination;when tinplate lining divulging, but influence of ultra-low temperature doesn't been considered, the hydraulic pressure is control load which influence stress of the storage tank, and the level of revelation fluid position is higher, the structure stress is more disadvantageous; when the differences of inside and outside temperature are considered, the low temperature is the most important control load which affects the storage tank stress, and the disparity of inside and outside temperature are bigger, the overall structure stress is also bigger;adjustment of prestressed rinforcement guarantees storage tank's secure at the same time can cause the storage tank stress to be more reasonable.
