Tower crane is one of the key components of the temporary site layout facilities of most construction projects,and the location determination is an important task of the construction site layout planning.However,the optimization of tower crane location depends on many interrelated factors,including site constraints,the shape and size of the building,the type and quantity of materials required,the configuration of the crane,the type of crane and the layout of the construction site.Even experienced project technicians are hard to consider all the influencing factors,so in the layout planning research of tower crane,these experiences and rules need to be expressed in mathematical form,and then displayed intuitively with the help of relevant methods and tools.First of all,by analyzing the research status at home and abroad,this paper sorted out the relevant theories and rules in the layout planning of the tower crane,and then carried out on-the-spot investigation and data collection for 39 projects in Qingdao and around Qingdao,from which it analyzed and summarized the common problems in the layout planning of the tower crane,including insufficient lifting capacity,location collision,etc.,to avoid in the layout planning of the tower crane in this topic The emergence of such problems.Secondly,simulate the logical relationship of speed,time and distance in the process of tower crane hoisting,express the location of tower crane and the transportation process of hoisting through mathematical model,take the minimum working time and cost of tower crane as the objective function,and take the complex environmental factors of construction site into account,the solution of mathematical model selects the intelligent optimization calculation with strong global search ability The genetic algorithm of this method is realized by Matlab.BIM Technology is used to provide coordinates,spatial dimensions,spatial constraints and data input of material consumption for the model,identify the collision between the tower crane and pipelines,structures and surrounding buildings during the layout process,judge the feasibility of the layout scheme of the tower crane,and visually display the modelinformation of the tower crane and the construction site.Finally,this paper selects a case study of dormitory building with frame structure to demonstrate the feasibility and practical value of the algorithm.
