Research On The "Entering Africa" Environment And Strategy Of China's Railway Transportation Industry

Under the initiative of "The Belt and Road" Initiative,the infrastructure construction cooperation between China and African countries is more and more frequent.At present,China has become Africa's largest trading partner for ten consecutive years,and the African market has also become China's largest overseas project contracting market.Two factors contribute to the current situation:one is the continuous development of China's railway transport industry and the continuous improvement of infrastructure technology;The second is the continent's growing need for better infrastructure.In the overseas railway market where competition pressure is increasing,China-Africa relations and China-Africa railway construction cooperation projects will face a new round of impact.Compared with the research on the relationship between China and Africa at the macro level,this paper focuses on the field of railway transportation in the middle view,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of China's railway transportation industry to explore the African market through literature research and case analysis,probes into the political,economic,social and cultural,technical and other environmental factors of the current African market,and puts forward corresponding strategies to help China's railway enterprises to An unpredictable pattern for the future.Based on previous researches,this paper reviews the historical process of China-Africa infrastructure construction cooperation.Summarize the environmental characteristics of the railway construction cooperation between China and Africa;Benguela railway is selected as the case of this paper for analysis.Finally,the paper explores the risks that China and Africa may encounter in the field of railway construction cooperation,and puts forward corresponding prevention strategies.For the railway transportation industry in our country,the ultimate development present situation and the potential risk of suffering in Africa for the government,the strategy of enterprise's two dimensions:the government level,our government should take the initiative to negotiate with project country foreign exchange control policies,perfecting China's foreign investment law guarantee system,to strengthen the publicity for the railway industry,wary of political unrest;At the enterprise level,Chinese railway enterprises should establish forewarning mechanism of foreign exchange risk,strengthen talent construction and technological innovation,select reliable financing channels and integrate into the local society through cooperation with local superior enterprises.
