As a reusable modern loading container,special containers occupy an increasingly important position in logistics transportation.In the course of use,special containers may have different degrees of pollution and damage.In order to ensure that damaged and contaminated containers are put into use again quickly and efficiently,and to improve the turnover rate of boxes,the layout of special container repair and washing points needs to be more rationalized.However,at present,special container repair and washing points cannot meet the existing repair and cleaning needs,and cannot provide stable services to the demanders,resulting in low turnover rate of special containers,tight container resources,wasted a lot of financial resources and transportation resources.Series of questions.At the same time,the cleaning of special containers will generate a large amount of waste water,exhaust gas,and the establishment of repairing and washing points will cause changes in the surrounding environment.The country gradually attaches importance to environmental issues.Each city has different environmental regulations.The investment cost 'of the box washing point is too high and the development is limited.Therefore,it is particularly important to make a scientific and comprehensive site selection for special container repair and washing points,which can not only ease the problem of tight container sources,but also save social transportation resources,reduce social costs and enterprise costs,and benefit the long-term development of repair and washing points..To this end,this paper proposes to study the location of special container repair and washing points under environmental regulations.Based on reading a lot of literature,this paper sorts out the current research situation of environmental regulation and center location.Deeply dig various factors affecting the location of special container repair and washing points,and finally establish an index system for selection of alternative options for special container repair and washing points that are dominated by environmental factors,supplemented by natural factors,infrastructure,and external environmental factors.On this basis,the preliminary site selection of the repair and washing box point was completed.Then,from the perspectives of station construction cost,transportation cost,penalty cost and environmental loss cost,the minimum cost model for the location of special container repair and washing points is established.Finally,an example analysis is carried out on L company,and MATLAB is used to solve it to verify the practicability of the model.This article mainly carried on the content innovation from two aspects.1)This article combines environmental regulations and special container repair and washing points,and fully considers the impact of environmental regulations on site selection,completing the first stage of initial site selection.2)In the second-stage site selection model,the cost of environmental losses is introduced,which can more intuitively understand the impact of the repairing and washing box site on the environment;It.saves investment costs;at the same time,it introduces radius constraints and penalty costs into the model,establishes a minimum cost optimization model,and obtains more scientific and reasonable site selection results.Through the above research,this article provides a complete set of procedures for the location of special container repair and washing points,and provides theoretical support for the location of special container repair and washing points.
