Multiobjective multilayer comprehensive evaluation problem of complex object systems has been studied and concerned widely in the fields of engineering. The comprehensive evaluation of container port's logistic system is typical multiobjective multilayer comprehensive evaluation problem, it involves a lot of complicated influence factors which are described in different way, and there are many fuzzy. phenomena in it, therefore, it is essential to seek a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation method. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method (abbreviated as FCEM) based on fuzzy theory is an evaluation method used for the object system involved fuzzy factors .FCEM can solute fuzzy problem effectively in the evaluation.After thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of complex object systems and the evaluation study actuality, this paper studies the solution to the comprehensive evaluation of boarding bridge structures using FCEM based on the fuzzy theory. The main studying contents of this paper are as follows:(1) constructing the EM-plant emulation model for the four layouts of Cuntan container port's logistic system to aqurie emulation data and technique index;(2) It establishes the model of FCEM on the base of fuzzy theory, and makes a discussion on some critical problems of the creation of FCEM model;(3) ascertaining the evaluation indexes and the weight for each evaluation index of container port's logistic system, studying the way of getting membership grade and its matrix, working out each order of estimation matrix, choosing appropriate fuzzy operator, constructing two order fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the layout of container port logistic system and giving the evaluation results.(4) ascertaining the weight of each level of evaluation index by improved level analysis way and Delphi way, getting the membership grade matrix of evaluation index by barycenter theory, and in the end proving the feasibility of the evaluation way by instance.The estimation way of the layout for container port's logistic system in the paper can be applied for project field. It has practical value.
