Interior Renovation Design Of Taohuajian Elderly Apartment In Jinping,Lianyungang City

At present,the world is facing aging.China has become the country with the fastest aging growth rate.At present,China’s aging population is mainly characterized by a large population base,fast growth rate and incompatibility with the level of economic and social development,which is a typical "old before rich".Because of the increasing aging phenomenon,it has become an urgent problem to solve the living and living security problems of the elderly at present and in the future and to further improve the quality of life of the elderly.This paper takes the Taohuajian senior apartment in Jinping of Lianyungang city as the object of renovation,and through the investigation and analysis of the Taohuajian senior apartment in Jinping of Lianyungang city,it is found that there are currently some problems,such as imperfect facilities and services,imperfect spatial layout and single spatial form.Therefore,the interior renovation design of the Taohuajian senior apartment in Jinping of Lianyungang city is urgent.This article will analyze and study the behavior and psychological characteristics of the elderly and the design principles of apartments for the elderly.Based on the theories of environmental behavior and ergonomics for the elderly,this article will appreciate the excellent cases of apartments for the elderly at home and abroad,and carry out renovation design aiming at meeting the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,in order to create aconvenient,comfortable,safe and healthy living environment for the elderly.
