Research On The Design Of The Elderly Building Based On The Pastoral Pension Model

With the aggravation of the aging population in our country,the endowment problem has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life,and the old-age demand of the elderly has changed greatly with the development of society and economy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the elderly in China,this thesis finds that the traditional elderly care model has been unable to meet the diversified elderly demand of the urban elderly.Under this situation,the pastoral elderly model emerges as the times require,but at present,the development of pastoral elderly model is still in the exploration stage,and the existing relevant research content is less,so it is necessary to systematically research and analyze these problems,and create solutions to expect the healthy development of pastoral pension model.Based on the analysis of the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly,combined with the needs of the elderly in urban areas and the problems existing in the traditional urban pension model,this thesis uses multi-disciplinary research methods to explore the design rules and design methods from the cooperation of project planning and monomer design,and carries on the empirical research combined with the project of Jiangning Yangjia Village Pension Center in Nanjing.It is hoped that the research results of the thesis will provide some reference and reference for the construction and development of pastoral elderly care in China.The thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,starting with the present situation of aging in China,introduces the origin,research background,research purpose and significance,research content and methods,and research framework of this research topic.The second chapter expounds the definition and characteristics of pastoral elderly care and other related core concepts,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.The third chapter is based on the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,and analyzes the related factors of the pastoral elderly model.The fourth chapter is the case analysis of pastoral elderly care buildings at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign cases,and provides the basis for the exploration of subsequent design methods and laws.The fifth chapter discusses the design strategy of pastoral elderly care building,from the design control,design logic and path and design law,summarizes and studies the design focus and key points of pastoral elderly care building.The sixth chapter takes the project practice of Yangjia Village in Jiangning,Nanjing as an example to carry on the empirical research of the rural endowment architecture design.Using the above design method and design strategy,the design process is described in detail from the aspects of project background,planning layout,architectural space design,architectural form and environmental construction,respectively.The seventh chapter summarizes the study of pastoral elderly care building design strategy under the pastoral elderly model and explains the main innovation and limitation of this thesis at the same time put forward the prospect of follow-up research.
