Study On Campus Planning And Architectural Design Of Colleges And Universities Based On The Concept Of Modularization

At present,China's colleges and universities are in the stage of rapid development and construction.In the newly-built campus,more attention has been paid to the efficiency of land use,the close relationship of functions,the variability and free growth of the campus.In this context,the modularization concept as one of the methods of campus planning began to be used in the construction of some universities in China.Modularity plays an important role in the campus construction,such as controlling the overall scale,coordinating the campus proportion,implementing the standardization construction,and making the campus grow freely.In foreign countries,the modulus concept has already been used in campus design because of its integrity and free growth.In view of the construction of domestic universities,the number of campus influenced by modularization concept is increasing in recent years,but few books and papers have put forward modularization concept and carried out systematic analysis.The research on the theory and practice of college campus design based on modular concept abroad has become more and more mature.The domestic research on this aspect started late and lacks the systematic research and analysis of the modular concept of college campus,which is suitable for our national conditions,related Works and papers are even rarer.In this paper,the concept of modulus is proposed for the campus construction,first of all,from the relevant research and the status quo at home and abroad,analysis of the concept of modulus in the campus planning and single building design of the application of the status quo,to study its feasibility.Secondly,from the city module,the campus module,the building module in turn related to the theory,on the basis of theoretical research and related case analysis,the construction of the concept of digital campus design method system.Mainly includes the following aspects of the system construction: for the model of the overall unity of campus design,diversity of the modeling proposed modular grid different methods of use;In order to solve the problem of dull and featureless campus in modularization mode,this paper puts forward some methods to shape the identifiability of campus space,such as positive and negative space,reduction,overhead,corridor,etc.,the campus design method with space variability and organic growth is put forward.Finally,based on the actual project of the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts campus,this paper analyzes the influence of the city modularization concept on the campus design concept,this paper analyzes the application of modulus concept in campus planning and architectural design.From the establishment of modular scale,to the shaping of campus group space,to the building of campus individual space features,to the flexibility of campus space design,several aspects to build the campus modular system,the practical feasibility of modularization concept in campus design is verified by an example.The purpose of this study is to provide relevant materials for the modularization theory of the campus through the analysis of the modularization theory of the campus and the case study,it is hoped to provide some reference for future campus planning and architectural design.
