The Research On Employment Preference Space Of Innovative Talents In Metropolitan Circle

Creative talents are the main body which are engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship and the core strength to promote innovation in China. Innovation space is the main carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship and the major employment space of creative talent. In recent years, with the needs of economic transformation of China, the innovation space springing up around the country, especially since the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. But the current innovation space is mainly from the partition function theory, and from the perspective of people-centered rarely. Which not only led to the innovation space non-human directly, but also bring adverse effects on innovation and entrepreneurship of creative talents. Therefore, by studying the innovative talents’ preference for employment space has a very important practical significance.This paper selected the business incubators of Nanjing Metropolitan as a case for studying the innovative talents’preference for employment space. The full article was divided into four sections, Followed by fundamental research, theoretical study, case studies and the conclusions. Among them, The first chapter was the fundamental research part, it mainly described the background and significance and defined the concept of relevant research, it also summarized and evaluated the related research and proposed the research method and research ideas; The second chapter was the theoretical study part, based on the related theory, it mainly analyzed the causes, the main content and the main features of the innovative talents’preference for employment space, and summarized the impact which it brings to Innovation space. The third to the fifth chapter was the case studies part, Which the third chapter mainly summarized the development features of innovation space; the fourth chapter mainly studied the content of innovative talents’preference for employment space based on the development status of innovation space and survey questionnaire about the innovative talents, and proposed the content and performance mode of innovative talents’ preference for employment space from the levels of region, towns and parks; The fifth chapter mainly evaluated the development status of innovation space based on the features of innovation space and the content of innovative talents’preference for employment space, and proposed the optimization strategies of innovation space combined with the development trend of innovative space. The sixth chapter was the conclusions part, mainly summarized the conclusions and its innovation aspects, and offer a proposal for the development of innovation space and questions for further research.The study found the content of innovative talents’preference for employment space was mainly reflected in levels of region, towns and parks. From the regional perspective, the main region of innovative talents’preference for employment space was the current metropolitan, secondary was the other better metropolitan out of the current metropolitan and the metropolitans where innovative talents’household register were located, and to the developed metropolitan first, especially the one near to the current metropolitan. From the urban perspective, the innovative talents mainly preferred "home cities", then was the "external cities" nearer to the current city, and the "external cities" were mainly the central cities or the other cities which had a small gap with the central cities inside and outside the current metropolitan. From the park perspective, the innovative talents mainly preferred the park which had good location and convenient traffic conditions、perfect facilities and a strong innovation atmosphere、well-fixed salary and perfect policy.
