The Research On Optimization And Recombination Of Rural Settlements In Metropolitan Area

In recent years, Central Committee of the CPC and the State attaches great importance to the construction and development of rural areas. In the report of 18 th CPC national congress, it is proposed that building a new socialist countryside is a great historic task, and the 2013 No.1 Document by the Central Committee of the CPC put forward the policy of "four advance " about urban and rural development. Then, in 2015 the national housing and Urban-rural Development also organized and conducted research on the improvement of rural living environment.With the increasing development of large cities in Hubei Province, the rural township in metropolitan areas gradually became hot spots of trilateral game among government at all levels,market capital and local residents under the influence of urban-rural dual structure.Although the township in metropolitan areas have more obvious advantages than the township in plain areas or in mountain areas, but there is a certain particularity of the population migration and floating in the rural township in metropolitan areas, and the construction of the rural residents has not matched with the development of industrialization and urbanization in the township.This study takes Wuhan City, Yichang city and Xiangyang city of Hubei Province as the research areas, and takes 41 townships as the research object. Based on fully research of current problems and characters of township in metropolitan areas, this paper will discuss the population migration of township in metropolitan areas by the method of econometric model, and attempt to explore a countermeasure about residential optimization and recombination system of township in metropolitan areas.This paper is divided into four sections, which are Current Situation and Feature Analysis, Population Migration Trend Analysis, Mechanism Research, Optimization strategy exploration.The first section makes a quantitative study to the present situation of 41 towns and rural areas in the metropolitan area of Hubei Province, through literature data, statistics and field survey data. This section summarizes the Current characteristics of rural residential area from four aspects, which are Population, space, facilities and economy, and makes a further study of the problems of rural residential areas as well.The second section analyzes the influence and the tendency of rural population migration of township in metropolitan areas, by applying the grey correlation model and linear regression model.In the third section, the settlement construction of township in metropolitan areas can be summed up as two kinds of forces including internal force and external force, considering the relationship between motive power and subject. Thus, Dynamic Mechanism of optimization and recombination in Hubei Province.Based on the research conclusions of both the second and the third section, Section Four divides 41 townships into three types: internal process, external process and internal & external equilibrium. And then, this section puts forward specific optimization strategies based on the two dimensions of the population migration and the rural residential system.
