Study On The Design Of Urban Street Space Landscape Elements

With the continuous acceleration and in-depth development of the urbanization process,the construction of streets undertaking human transportation and public activities is also in full swing.However,with the economic development and the improvement of human life quality and taste,the function of traditional streets can only meet the simple needs of people.As an important part of people's lives,street space is a direct content and image that reflects the city's spiritual outlook,entrusting citizens' memories and a sense of belonging,and is a kind of artificially created space.Therefore,in the current urban construction mode,combined with the regional culture of the city,the street space we live in becomes more warm,so that the street becomes our spiritual sustenance,so that the street landscape has more regional characteristics,so that the local culture The inheritance and development of the street landscape is the focus of this article.This article takes the urban street space landscape elements as the research object,and analyzes and explores relevant cases at home and abroad to extract excellent theories and methods.Combined with the design principles of people-oriented,cultural heritage,comprehensive coordination,respect for nature and sustainable development as guidelines,the expression methods of urban regional culture are proposed,and the traffic pedestrian space,street building interface,street plant greening,street floor paving The landscape elements of several block districts of Zhehe District's sketch facilities are set out,and the landscape design method that fits with the regional culture is expounded.Taking Dongchang Road block in Suzhou City as an example,through field investigation and analysis,combined with the current situation and the regional special culture of Suzhou City,the above principles and landscape element design methods were applied to the landscape transformation design of Dongchang Road block.The street space,architecture,paving,greening and small-scale facilities of Dongchang Road block were reasonably improved,and suggestions for transformation were proposed to create a landscape of Dongchang Road street rich in regional culture.
