Research And Practice Of Village Renewal Strategy In Northern Hainan Based On Rural Regional Characteristics

Hainan Province is an important tropical island in the south of China.In recent years,with the economic development and rapid urbanization of the country,the rural construction in Hainan has made great progress,but many problems and "alienation" phenomenon have gradually become prominent.Especially in the north of Hainan Province,due to the low economic income in rural area,a large number of young and middle-aged labor force went to work in cities,resulting in serious hollowing out of villages,disrepair of material environment,unknowing folk customs,impact on agricultural industry,and lack of guidance in the construction of new villages.2020 is the decisive period for building a well-off society.The entire country strives to solve all kinds of problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and make a breakthrough in rural development.Under this situation,it is necessary to take the villages in northern Hainan as the research object,and summarize appropriate renewal strategies and methods.Finally realize the sustainable development of villages in modern society on the premise of protecting the regional characteristics of rural areas in northern Hainan.In this paper,through combing the practice and theory and starting from the connotation of rural regional characteristics,the research summarizes the prototype of villages in north Hainan.What’s more,aiming at the solving problems and building "daily life" of villages,with the method of organic renewal and critical regionalism theory,this paper put forward the concept of "regional characteristics reservation,organic renewal of village space and return daily life".Under its guidance,it constructs a renewal strategy system of "Extraction,,Selection,Integration and Reconstruction":first,"Extract" and "Select" the regional characteristics of villages,based on the value of modern society;then,the appropriate functional concepts are "Integrated" into the non-material activities to realize the multi-dimensional combination;and in the spatial environment,the material "Reconstruction" is to adjust overall pattern,restore the street texture,construct the courtyard unit,combine buildings with modern techniques and activate public spaces.Finally,the research results are applied to the project of Guotai village.
