Research On The Age-appropriate Renewal Design Of Public Space In Old Suburban Villages Under The Community Pension Model ——Taking Shangzhuang Village In Qingdao As An Example

At present,the disadvantages of population aging in China’s vast rural areas are prominent,and the hollow phenomenon is intensified.With accelerated construction of rural elderly care service system and comprehensively promotion of the integrated development of both urban and rural areas,the difficulties of elderly care in rural areas has spawned a series of exploration based on previous suburban elderly care models.This study provided more directions and motivation for the aging-appropriate renewal design of the old village public space in the suburbs.The community pension model tends to be easily carried out in China rural areas.This paper summarized the characteristics of rural community pension services and the public space of old suburban villages.From the perspective of community pension groups in old suburban villages,we hoped to deduce the strategy of aging-appropriate renewal design in suburban old village public space under the intervention of the community pension model.In theory,the aging-appropriate renewal design strategy of suburban public space fills the gap of urban renewal related integration research,and promotes the implement of community pensions from macro policy guidance and urban and rural planning to the placement of physical space and environmental elements.In practice,this strategy alleviates the problem of hollowing out in rural areas,and creates a livable and comfortable living environment for the elderly in rural areas,and gives practical solutions to the problem of aging-appropriate renewal design of public spaces in old villages.In the first part of this study,we construct the connection between the community pension and the aging-appropriate renewal design of the public space in the suburban old village by sorting out relevant concepts and research theories.In second part,we analyze the needs of the elderly in the suburban old villages to community elderly care services and public space by field research,and deduce the type of public space required by the rural community elderly care groups based on the characteristics of the type of public space in the suburban old villages.Moreover,we put forward the requirements of aging-appropriate renewal design in the dimension of material space based on their physiological,psychological and behavioral demands.In the third part,according to the needs of the rural community pension groups,we clarify the orientation of the aging-appropriate renewal design of the public space in the suburban old villages,and then summarize the universal principles and strategies of the aging-appropriate renewal design of the public space in the suburban old villages under the intervention of the community pension model.Finally,in the case of aging-appropriate renewal in Shangzhuang Village,Qingdao City,this strategy is carried out at the practical level for inspection and improvement.
