In the impact of intensified urbanization and the frequent extreme climate,the city waterlogging situation becomes gradually severe,which brings a serious threat to personal and property safety of the urban residents.While the terrain of mountain city is generally steep and ups and downs,surface runoff rapidly downs and partial waterlogging will appear in the land.At the same time,the city is vulnerable to the impact of flash floods,which aggravates the state of waterlogging.Therefore,the work of controlling mountain city rain and flood has become an imminent problem.In this paper,the typical mountainous city of Hubei Province—Shiyang Yunyang District is selected as the research area,and the rainwater model is established by Infoworks CS software.The rainwater disaster in the Yunyang district of Shiyan is simulated,which is be used for pipe network drainage capacity and waterlogging risk assessment.Based on the combination of low impact development concept,the appropriate rain and flood treatment program is proposed.Then,Infoworks CS software is used to calibrate rain flood treatment program.Firstly,the model of rainwater flood is established by using data such as drainage pipe network,ground elevation and catchment type,and the model parameters are measured and validated by two measured rainfall data.The corrected model can be used for pipe network drainage capacity and waterlogging risk assessment.Based on the rainfall type of Chicago,the rainfall is designed under the reproduction periods,and the rainfall is designed as the model of the rainfall boundary file.It is used to analyze pipe network drainage capacity and waterlogging risk assessmen i in the Yunyang district of Shiyan.The risk assessment system of flood hazard includes two aspects: hazard of disaster-causing factor and importance of disaster-bearing body,which is established by using the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish the weight of the index.Based on this,the risk assessment system of the waterlogging risk under the simulated scenario is established,which is used for calculating the risk value of each waterlogging point.Based on the assessment of waterlogging risk in the Yunyang district of Shiyan,the paper puts forward the appropriate rain and flood treatment program with the low impact development concept and the appropriate rain and flood treatment program is calibrated by Infoworks CS software.The results show that the waterlogging in the urban area is alleviated by the low impact development system,the small drainage system and the large drainage system,and the feasibility of the rain and flood treatment program is confirmed.
