Since the beginning of the new century,China's secondary vocational education has developed vigorously,which has trained a large number of high-quality laborers and skilled talents for China's construction industry.However,with the deepening of new urbanization and the continuous promotion of the "one belt and one road" strategy,China's construction industry is rapidly transforming and developing towards industrialization,informatization and internationalization,and the current quality of secondary vocational education personnel training has been unable to meet the needs of China's future construction industry transformation and development.As the core educational concept adopted by the international engineering education professional certification,outcome-based education has been widely practiced and recognized in the world,and is considered as the right direction for the pursuit of excellence in education.Referring to the outcome-based education to guide the teaching reform of construction specialty in secondary vocational schools in China,it is of great practical value to improve the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational education and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance,current situation,ideas,methods and concept definition of the research.Then,it systematically expounds the connotation,theoretical basis,implementation principle and key points of outcome-based education;And then,through the questionnaire survey of students and the text analysis of the talent training program of secondary vocational schools,the paper investigates the teaching status of construction engineering in five secondary vocational schools in henan province,summarizes the existing problems in the current teaching,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems.Next,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the teaching reform of the construction engineering major in the secondary vocational school under the outcome-based education,and discusses and analyzes the concrete practice process of the reform of the outcome-based education through examples.Finally,from the two aspects of teacher team construction and training base construction,this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of the reform of the construction specialty teaching in the secondary vocational school under the outcome-based education,and summarizes the main research conclusions and research prospects of this paper.The research shows that the full absorption and reference of outcome-based education can help solve a series of problems existing in the teaching of architectural engineering construction in secondary vocational schools,and the outcome-based education has important reference value and practical significance for the improvement of the teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.This study hopes to provide some references and references for the application of outcome-based education in the reform of secondary vocational education,so as to promote the process of China's accession to the Dublin agreement and realize the establishment of the professional certification system of engineering education in secondary vocational education.
