With the further development of the times,the field of architecture has also ushered in new changes,the traditional construction mode has been gradually replaced by the new and industrialized way,that is,prefabricated buildings began to take the stage of modern architecture.In the current social trend of the common prosperity of science and technology,prefabricated architecture is very prosperous and developing in the industry,and is widely used in various regions of our country.The author through the network access to information and read a large number of relevant literature,it can be seen that the prefabricated building skills talent is relatively scarce,about the prefabricated building talent cultivation needs further exploration and development.The secondary vocational schools in many cities all over the country have grasped this opportunity and begun to train the talents of prefabricated architecture.In teaching this course,the teaching is accomplished by using the teaching model of prefabricated architecture.In this paper,the teachers and students of architecture major in a secondary vocational school in Guizhou are investigated,and the application of prefabricated architecture model in practice teaching is obtained.Then,in the light of the above problems and the present situation of construction specialty education in secondary vocational schools and the teaching conditions of prefabricated construction practice in schools,some countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the construction of prefabricated building practice teaching teachers,innovating the contents and methods of practical teaching,improving students’ awareness of using prefabricated building models for learning and autonomous learning ability.In order to improve the teaching effect and make rational use of the teaching resources of the prefabricated building model,and avoid the problems found in the above investigation,the author has carried out practice and research in the study class of prefabricated building of class 2018 construction technology major.Teachers use appropriate teaching methods according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students,and use prefabricated building models to assist practical teaching.From the application situation,it is remarkable to increase students’ learning enthusiasm and improve their academic performance.It also provides a reference for the teachers who use the prefabricated building model for practical teaching.Through the research of this paper,it is shown that the prefabricated building model is applied to the practical teaching of secondary vocational school,and its intuitive,practical and operable characteristics are used to effectively improve the effect of practical teaching activities.Therefore,it is of great value to study the application of prefabricated building model in practical teaching in secondary vocational school.
