Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Lin'an City Site In The Southern Song Dynasty

Lin'an City Site is the capital city site of Southern Song Dynasty,which's built on the old site of the Northern Song Dynasty,by Emperor Gaozong of Song(Zhao Gou)in the 8th year of Shaoxing(1138)in Lin'an(now Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province).It was approved by the State Council in 2001 and published as the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.The nature of Lin'an City Site is the type of relics(but the composition of Lin'an City Site has not been announced).During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period,Lin'an City Site was listed in the list of 100 important sites in China.Lin'an City Site is located in the core area of Hangzhou's main urban area,in the commercial center and residential agglomeration area of the city.The contradiction between the protection of the site and the development of the city is prominent.Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government pay great attention to this issue.At the beginning of the 21st century,they put forward the space development strategy of "preserving the old city and building a new city",from the"West Lake era" to the "Qiantang River era",which created conditions for the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of the old city.At present,the compilation of the overall planning of Lin'an City Site in Southern Song Dynasty has been basically completed recently.Building the "Golden Business Card"-Lin'an City Site Park in Southern Song Dynasty will be the key work of Hangzhou's urban construction in the next stage.Starting from the protection of large sites,this paper makes an analysis and summary of the concept development,planning management and protection mode of large sites at home and abroad.By studying the status of Lin'an City site in Southern Song Dynasty,some problems in the protection and utilization of Lin'an City site in Southern Song Dynasty are found.At the same time,by comparing the typical cases of the protection and utilization of large sites at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and refines the ideas and suggestions for the protection and utilization of Lin'an City sites,and hopes to provide some enlightenment for the construction of other large sites.
