Research On Improvement Of Inspection Service Auality Of H City Engineering Oualitv Inspection Center

Construction quality inspection is an important means to control the quality of construction projects.The quality of service of engineering quality inspection institutions will directly affect the quality of inspection,and then affect the quality of engineering.Taking H City Engineering Quality Inspection Center as an example,this paper studies the improvement of service quality of engineering quality inspection institutions.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts of engineering quality inspection,introduces the advanced experience of construction quality inspection management in developed countries,at the same time,according to literature reading,introduces the research status of domestic engineering quality inspection management,and introduces the related management theory.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of H City Engineering Quality Inspection Center,then draws up preliminary indicators to be investigated by referring to relevant theories,literature and standards,and determines the final indicators through expert investigation method.According to the survey plan,first of all,pre-survey was conducted to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The reliability of the questionnaire was good,and the data of the questionnaire was valid.Then,the customer and Management Department of the testing center are surveyed by questionnaires,and the survey results are summarized and analyzed.According to the management theory and literature,the problems existing in the service quality of the engineering quality testing center are summarized into three aspects:technical ability,management ability and service ability.Based on the summary and analysis of the survey results,the basic principles and general ideas for improving the inspection service quality of the engineering quality inspection center are put forward,and the improvement schemes are put forward in view of the problems existing in the technical ability,management ability and service ability.According to the improvement plan,in order to confirm the improvement effect,this paper investigates and analyses the effect of the improvement plan through questionnaire.The survey results show that part of the improvement measures have obvious effect,and some aspects need to continue to adhere to.The research results of this paper have a certain reference value for improving the quality of inspection service of engineering quality inspection institutions.
