Study On The Methods Of Quality Inspection And Evaluation Of Building Engineering

In this paper, we have made a study on the methods of quality inspection and evaluation of building engineering. The shortcomings and deficiencies of the actual methods have been pointed out and the relevant advice has been given to improve the methods. The main work is to improve the methods for department of government to supervise quality of engineering to evaluate quality grade of the construction unit ,contractor to inspect evaluate quality of each segmentation of the construction unit, etc. At the same time, we have expounded systematically and acrosshe?board method for each of the four partshe department of government to supervise quality of engineering, owner, contractor, and engineer which take part in quality inspection and evaluation to inspect and evaluate quality of the engineering. The improved methods are muchmore scientific, systemic, simple and convenient, and can better adapt the need to reform actual systems of business of making buildings.
