Implementation Evaluation Of The International Business District Urban Design In North Hangzhou Sub-center

At present,the urbanization of Zhejiang Province has stepped into a new stage of high-level and stable development,and entered a new stage of transformation and development focusing on improving the quality.It is necessary to drive the high-quality development of the city with the organic renewal of the city.The key means is to use the urban design.Many local governments in Zhejiang Province have made a lot of exploration and practice by actively using urban design methods in old city reconstruction,new area construction,key management and control areas of urban landscape.However,at the national level and in Zhejiang Province,urban design is still in the stage of pilot promotion.In the actual work,it is inevitable that the compilation unit’s results are not standardized and scientific,the urban design management system is not perfect,and the design results are difficult to implement.Therefore,this paper takes the evaluation of the implementation of the detailed urban design of the international business district,the North sub center of Hangzhou city as an example,and studies the implementation evaluation of the detailed urban design that directly connects the implementation of the regulatory detailed planning.First of all,based on the literature reading,this paper expounds the development of urban design at home and abroad,and analyzes the evaluation of urban design at home and abroad.Then through consulting the archives of the government management department and interview investigation,using PPIP evaluation model to investigate the whole process of the management of the detailed urban design work,and combining the opinions of professionals to build a detailed urban design implementation evaluation index system,and then using AHP to determine the weight of each index.Finally,taking the detailed urban design of Hangzhou City North sub center international business district as an example,the evaluation is based on the evaluation index system of the implementation of the detailed urban design.According to the evaluation results,the reasons for the poor implementation effect are analyzed.Combined with the practical experience and mode of urban design management in Zhejiang Province,the improvement suggestions for the urban design management department to better achieve the implementation effect of urban design are put forward.The research results can provide reference for urban design management departments to better promote urban design work and improve management system.
