Urban Design Implementation Evaluation In The Background Of Livable City

In the process of rapid urbanization development,the previous blueprint urban design promotes the rapid development of the city.The evaluation of urban design has certain feedback and enlightenment,which is of great help to the adjustment of urban design.With the transformation of China's urban planning,the construction of livable cities has been highly valued by all parties.The urban construction has shifted from incremental to stock planning,and urban design work has also changed from design to management.The existing urban design assessment started relatively late.Many research results focus on the evaluation of urban design schemes and the evaluation of urban design effectiveness,while the evaluation of urban design implementation and implementation effects is relatively rare.The construction of livable cities provides a development direction for urban design implementation assessment,which is conducive to the solution of human settlements.In the context of building a “livable city”,the method of assessing the implementation of urban design will make urban design closer to life.Based on the background of livable city construction,this paper takes the urban design of Beijing Dawangjing Business District as an example to explore the evaluation method of urban design implementation based on human settlements.Firstly,the goal-oriented value of establishing a “livable city” is the entry point,and the relationship between the impact factor of the urban design implementation fit assessment factor and the impact factor of the livable city evaluation is deeply analyzed,and then the evaluation object is selected and the evaluation content is selected.An evaluation framework was constructed in three aspects of the development of the evaluation plan.This paper uses this evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the implementation of urban design projects in Beijing Dawangjing Business District,the implementation timing and implementation of the project,the realization of urban design goals and the implementation of urban design elements.The problems in the implementation process and the evaluation feedback,comprehensive analysis of the fit of the urban design implementation effect and the type and matching of the satisfaction,and based on the matching type and matching rate,accurately grasp the needs of the residents,to achieve fine Optimize and adjust urban design to better improve the quality of urban life.
