| With the rapid development of rail transportation,how to use intelligence and information technology to further improve the overall level of rail transportation equipment and facilities has become a research hotspot.The screen door system is an important part of the rail transit operation.Whether the system can operate stably and efficiently affects the operation status of the rail transit and is also related to the safety of the passengers and passengers.Therefore,according to the characteristics and needs of the rail transit screen door system,this thesis studies the control and monitoring problems of the screen door system.Based on the demand analysis of the screen door system,this thesis has studied and designed the overall structure,control function,monitoring network and so on of the system.The functional model of the control system is established,and the intelligent sensor technology is used to realize the control functions such as the shielding door anti-pinch,and the detailed functional design of the logic control unit and the door control unit is carried out.Based on the subway comprehensive monitoring system platform,the whole line screen door monitoring system adopts a distributed structure to monitor the operating status of the system and the motor,and also realizes intelligent functions such as integrated management and auxiliary intelligent scheduling.The motor control system of the screen door is studied.In order to improve the control precision and dynamic performance of the screen door,PID algorithm is selected as the core control algorithm to solve the control algorithm problem of the brushless DC motor.With the help of the fuzzy algorithm,an adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed.The MATLAB simulation software is used to simulate the motor system using the control algorithm.The comparison of the simulation curves verifies that the fuzzy PID algorithm can obtain good stability,dynamic characteristics and Adaptive.Based on the theoretical research,the software and hardware development of the screen door control system was completed with PLC as the core controller.The control system selects Siemens PLC products for hardware design and implementation of the functions of the logic control unit and the gate control unit.The monitoring system is to realize the local touch screen monitoring through Siemens Portal software,and use the WinCC software to implement the remote subway comprehensive monitoring system platform architecture and the monitoring software of the screen door.Simulate the operation status of the screen door system by setting the Boolean value offline.The PLC control can control the opening and closing functions of the screen door.You can check the operation status of the local screen door through the touch screen.Status,and can observe and judge the subway driving position. |
