| With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China, the metro has already becomeone of the important traffic tools in people’s daily life. The metro platform screen door is acontrollable screen wall set in a metro platform edge paralleled to the track, which separatesthe platform with driving interval tunnel. The metro platform screen door is an important partof the environmental control system. Due to the large number of sliding doors, and that theyneed to be open and closed every2minutes on average operation, its control system must bevery safe and reliable. The metro platform screen door control system is a complicateddistribution parameter control system. It integrates construction, machinery, electronics,control, and other disciplines at an organic whole. It demands the information transfer rate,synchronicity, safety, system reliability and the electromagnetic compatibility in a very strictway. Along with the development of intelligent control technology of platform screen door,the platform screen door control system has been gradually popularized. This research is apractical one on research and development of the localization for metro platform screen doorsystem, combined with the actual engineering project of installation of platform screen doorsystem to Line One of Guangzhou Metro. It is an integrated research project. With domesticsmall power drive technology (brushless dc motor), motion control technology, and theapplication platform and industrial chain of the metro traffic technology, using the researchand development program of the second integration of Door Control Unit and other key parts,it can break the technical framework of foreign products, and produce the products withindependent intellectual property rights. Thus it can get rid of foreign resources constraint,and produce our products relying on the chain of domestic production.This paper introduced the structure and control system function of the metro platformscreen door system, and formulated the overall design of the system combined with therelated theoretical basis. The design of hardware modules were given after the analysis ofhardware constitution and equipment configuration requirements of the metro platform screendoor control system. The program diagram of each order action in the platform screen doorcontrol system was also given, through the software development platform of B&RProgrammable Computer Controller and systematic motion control scheme. Finally thetesting records of prototype test was provided, based on the elaboration of the structure of thetesting system of prototype, the basic testing items and the design of testing method.The practice proved that this platform screen door control system is featured with stability and high precision, and thus it can completely meet the requirements of thepopularization and application of the present market. |
