RV Reducer,as a new type of precision reducer in the field of industrial robots,has the characteristics of small size,high precision,compact structure,large transmission ratio,etc.,and is a core component of industrial robots.With the development of domestic industrial robots,most of the RV reducers needed by industrial robots depend on imports,which seriously affects the development of industrial robots in China.Through collecting a lot of domestic and foreign research data on the comprehensive performance test of RV Reducer,this paper designs a comprehensive performance test platform for RV Reducer,and measures the mechanical performance parameters of RV Reducer.Based on the design of the inspection platform,the static analysis and dynamic characteristic analysis of the whole and important parts of the inspection platform are studied.In this paper,the research status of RV Reducer body,testing platform and testing analysis at home and abroad is studied,and the background,significance and main research contents of this research are explained.This paper analyzes the basic parameters of RV Reducer measurement,and designs an RV Reducer detection platform according to the characteristics of its basic parameters.This paper expounds the basic principle of the design of each part of RV Reducer testing platform and the significance of model selection.The static analysis of the whole RV Reducer testing platform and its components is carried out by using the finite element software.The torsional deformation of the whole RV Reducer testing platform,the input drive shaft,the input coupling and the output drive shaft under the ultimate torsional load is obtained and its static stiffness is calculated.Based on the static analysis of the mounting bracket of RV Reducer,the influence of eccentric mounting of RV Reducer on its stiffness is obtained.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the whole RV Reducer testing platform and its components,and obtains the whole RV Reducer testing platform,the input and output end bearing bracket,the natural frequencies of each stage of RV Reducer and the corresponding modal analysis diagram of each stage.Aiming at the weak link of the input and output end bearing bracket,an improved design of adding stiffener structure at the bottom of the bracket is proposed.Based on the previous design of RV Reducer testing platform,this paper puts forward the testing scheme of each mechanical performance of rv-80e reducer,and analyzes the test results of transmission ratio,transmission efficiency,transmission error,transmission accuracy and torsional stiffness parameters of rv-80e reducer.The test results show that the parameters of rv-80e reducer tested by the testing platform in this paper have little difference with the standard parameters The measurement error is within the allowable range,which verifies the accuracy of the measurement platform designed in this paper.Finally,the paper summarizes the research content of the whole paper,points out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the research and analysis of this paper,and provides a clear direction for the next step of research.
