As a member of small household appliances,vacuum cleaners are now more and more widely used in families,hotels,hotels and so on.The driving equipment of cordless vacuum cleaner is high-speed motor,so in the production process of vacuum cleaner,it is necessary to test the performance parameters of high-speed motor of vacuum cleaner,including the working current,voltage,input power,suction power,air flow,vacuum degree and other parameters.Based on the above background,this paper mainly studies the design and implementation of the high-speed motor detection system for vacuum cleaners:(1)The working principle of the vacuum cleaner and the technical characteristics of the current high-speed motor of the vacuum cleaner are studied.(2)Based on the national standard of vacuum cleaner motor detection,the overall structure of the detection system is designed to determine the accuracy,range,communication protocol and sensor model of each measurement parameter.(3)The configuration software is used to design the upper computer software of the vacuum cleaner motor detection system,which mainly includes the user login interface,data acquisition interface,report generation interface,to achieve data processing and display.(4)This system is used to test the high-speed motor of the current mainstream vacuum cleaner to verify the accuracy of the system.The operation results show that the system is simple and easy to use,the motor detection indicators meet the actual needs,and the data visualization effect is good.
