| Motor is a machine that converts mechanical energy to electrical energy,which is widely used in many kinds of manufacturing machines,and it’s an important equipment in industry,agriculture and transportation industry.The motor is closely related to human’s daily life,so it is very important to accurately test the performance of them.From the characteristics and parameters of the vacuum cleaner motor,the method and principles of motor testing deeply studied in the paper.Labview and VB programming technology is applied to the test and analysis system of motor’s work characteristics,mechanical characteristics,noise,power,and the blocking experiment.The paper includes three parts: hardware system design,software system design,and analysis of test results.This test system is a virtual instrument system which is integrated with motor control technology,computer technology and modern test technology.In the process of system hardware design,GPIB card of NI Corporation,FX1 N PLC of Mitsubishi and AWA5636-4 noise testing instrument of Aiwa are used.In the process of system software design,we make full use of the Labview and VB software development platform,which has many advantages in motor control,signal acquisition,graphical display,and data processing.With this platform,we realize the functions of motor performance test,data calculation;curvedisplay,and data storage.Labview software of the test system is designed to replace the various types of instrumentation,therefore this test system is intelligent,automation and virtualization.It meets the test of multiple parameters,saves a lot of practical physical equipment as well as test cost,and effectively shortens the test time.This software uses a modular programming method,thus,that the program structure is clearer and easier to understand.In this paper,the hardware and software design of the motor testing system is completed.The set-up of the software platform with PLC controller as hardware core and Labview as software core has laid the foundation for further research.The design procedure includes obtained the value of the program,noise elimination program,communication program,the main interface design of cleaner motor test system software,which laid the foundation for the vacuum cleaner factory test system.Therefore research results have a certain practical value. |
