With the gradual improvement of the transportation network, the shortage of goods supply and the diversification of transportation demand are becoming more and more prominent. How to build up the goods quickly, on time and at low cost is an urgent problem to be solved. The formulation of the train plan plays a guiding role in the operation of the trains, and its quality affects the efficiency of the train transportation and the transportation efficiency.Therefore, it is of practical significance to improve the market share of the freight trains and increase the volume of trade between China and Europe. This paper listed various problems of container transport organization according to the international class, to train service plan as a breakthrough, to improve the international train container transport container transport efficiency and shorten the cycle and reduce transportation costs for the purpose of establishing the China Europe International trains of container transport characteristics of the train service plan model. In this context, this paper studies several problems related to the design of the China Railway express operation plan.(1) Summarize the present situation of the China Railway Express. Through the Statistical data of China Railway express, carry on the system analysis to the central transportation organization flow, product system of the China Railway express and main characteristics of all kinds of trains, the greatest problem is the market competitiveness insufficiency, obvious competition among provinces, the lack of goods insufficient and lack of the optimal design of train plan etc..(2) Through the railway transportation demand analysis of China Railway express, forecast foreign trade exports between provinces in China and European countries, according to the annual China and European trade volume of container production prediction using multi factor dynamic coefficient method.(3) The optimization model of the freight train scheme of West Europe is constructed. According to the characteristics of the westbound freight trains in China Railway express, the freight trains in Europe and the central China are considered to be fixed during the course of transportation. On this basis, the opening plan of the freight trains in Central Europe is determined. Finally, the model is solved by means of MATLAB.(4) Finally, through an example, based on the predicted container volume, the optimization of the central line dispatching model is verified, and the west line freight forwarding scheme is obtained.The goal of this paper is to establish an optimization model for the operation of the container transportation organization, which is suitable for the China Railway Express,and get an optimal scheme for the China Railway Express according to the genetic algorithm. |
