Innovative Design And Practice Of Vehicle-Mounted Child Safety Seat

China is a major country in the production and manufacture of child safety seats,but the penetration rate and utilization rate of domestic child safety seats are very low.At present,the research on child safety seat mainly focuses on the function and safety,and lacks the research on children’s physiology and psychology,which leads to the lack of affinity of the product,and children are reluctant to use this phenomenon.In view of this phenomenon,this paper studies the physiological,psychological and cognitive development of children from each stage of children’s growth,and designs several kinds of child safety seats that can attract children’s attention,so as to reduce children’s psychological rejection of safety seats.Through the analysis of relevant literature and data,the current number of motor vehicles in China,the mortality rate of children in traffic accidents,the penetration rate and utilization rate of child safety seats in China are sorted out.In addition,children aged 0-12 years are divided into three stages.The characteristics of children’s physical,psychological and cognitive development at different stages are studied in detail,and some schemes are proposed to apply these characteristics to the innovative design of child safety seats.Through the analysis of competitive products and market research,I have mastered the design style,functional characteristics and user demand of child safety seats in the current market.On this basis,combined with the bionic method and the application of cartoon characters,three sets of different styles of child safety seats are designed.According to the physiological and psychological characteristics of boys,an interactive racing car child safety seat is designed to improve the fun of children’s riding process through the detachable steering wheel device.According to the physical and psychological characteristics of the girl,the cute egg-shaped child safety seat is designed.The cute shape is matched with bright colors to meet the girl’s aesthetic needs.Combining Chinese zodiac with cartoon images,a series of Chinese zodiac interesting child safety seats are designed.And using 3D software to make three sets of scheme renderings and details of the three sets of schemes involved in the functional principle of the detailed demonstration.
