Car seat is one of the most important parts in the whole vehicle restraint system,and it is also an important link between "human" and "vehicle".While meeting the comfort needs of passengers,car seats also need to be guaranteed in terms of safety.Reasonable seat design and good structural strength can effectively reduce the injury of passengers in the accident and avoid the secondary collision of passengers.This paper takes a certain passenger car as the research object,based on relevant laws and regulations such as GB 15083-2006 and GB 11550-2009,based on the theory of reverse engineering,with the help of computer-aided technology,ANSA,Opti Struct,LS-DYNA and other finite element processing software are used to study the safety performance of the front and rear seat frame.Among them,the static characteristic research includes the seat frame mode,the seat frame assembly static strength,the seat headrest static strength,the seat headrest backward displacement and the seat back static strength simulation calculation,according to the analysis and calculation results,aiming at the problem of insufficient strength in the static strength analysis of backrest,the reasonable structural improvement of the angle adjuster connecting plate is carried out,and the performance of backrest is obviously improved.To solve the problem of low natural frequency,two modal improvement methods are proposed.In the study of dynamic characteristics,two simulation models of energy absorption of car seat headrest and impact analysis of trunk of rear seat frame are established.The energy absorption of the headrest under different dangerous conditions is verified.The acceleration time history,node displacement time curve of the most dangerous part and the main energy absorption components during collision are obtained.All the indexes meet the regulations.In the simulation analysis of luggage compartment impact,the CAE model including the rear body in white is established.The displacement time curve of the maximum displacement point is obtained through calculation,and the stress of the seat frame is analyzed.The results show that the seat can still keep working state at the maximum moment of impact.Through the static and dynamic mechanical analysis of the seats,the rationality of the structure of the seat frame is verified,the parts that do not meet the requirements are optimized,the comprehensive performance of the seat frame is improved,and a strong reference is provided for the following car seat design.
