At present,with the constantly acceleration of China's urbanization process,urban rail vehicles,as the main vehicle for urban rail transit,have been heavily invested in China's urban transportation industry.As an important part of the electrical system of urban rail vehicles,the auxiliary power supply system is a source of power that guarantees the safety and comfort of the interior environment of the cabin when the vehicle is running.If the auxiliary power supply system fails during operation,it will cause huge potential security risks.Therefore,assessing the health status of the auxiliary power supply system of urban rail vehicles so as to ensure its safe and reliable operation is of great significance to urban rail transit systems.This thesis takes the auxiliary power supply system of a metro vehicle in Tianjin as the research object,and the cooperative game method and the multi-layer immune principle are combined to facilitate the research and evaluation of the health status of the vehicle auxiliary power supply system.Firstly,the basic principles of multilayer immunity and cooperative game method are introduced.Secondly,the structure of auxiliary power supply system is summarized,and the system is divided into two subsystems:the auxiliary power supply device and the auxiliary charging box,according to the actual operating conditions of the vehicle,a hierarchical analysis model for the health assessment of the auxiliary power supply system of the vehicle and an immune hierarchical analysis model are respectively established,and the sensor structure models of the corresponding two subsystems are built by combining the above two models.Again,starting from the two subsystems,the health status assessment models of each subsystem are established separately,and the weight information of each component and system was calculated by utilizing the cooperative game method,and then the weight information was quantified to obtain the health value of each level based on the multi-layer immune principle.The health status assessment of the two subsystems was completed.Finally,the health status assessment information of the two subsystems is used as the initial data to complete the comprehensive health status assessment of the urban rail vehicle auxiliary power supply system.The cooperative game method and the multi-layer immune principle are used to evaluate the health status of the auxiliary power supply system of urban rail vehicles.The health status assessment information of each component,subsystem and the entire auxiliary power supplysystem of the urban rail vehicle can be obtained intuitively and quantitatively.At the same time,it effectively improves the maintenance efficiency of the auxiliary power supply system of urban rail vehicles,saves maintenance costs,and lays a solid foundation for the realization of the subsequent active maintenance strategy of urban rail vehicles.
