At present,China's railways have experienced seven large-scale speedups.The EMU,as the core of the entire railway system,has been greatly invested and put into China's railway operations.The EMU electrical system is an important part of the EMU,which is the source of power for the entire vehicle.If power supply of the EMU electrical system is interrupted,will be caused great safety hazards and inconvenience to the passengers.Therefore,the safety and reliability of the EMU electrical system are particularly evident in the entire railway system.In order to ensure stable operation of EMU,it is especially important to assess the health of their electrical systems.This thesis takes the electric system of CRH3 EMU as the research object,and combines the cooperation game method and the cloud model theory in the research of the health status assessment of the EMU electrical system.Firstly,the basic principles of cooperative game theory and cloud model theory are introduced.Secondly,the composition of EMU electrical system is summarized,and the electrical system health status assessment model is established according to the structure of EMU electrical system and its actual operation.Thirdly,the electrical system is divided into two subsystems: traction drive system and auxiliary power supply system.The structure and working principle of the traction drive system and auxiliary power supply system are introduced,and the health status assessment index system of the CRH3 EMU traction drive system and auxiliary power supply system are established respectively.Entropy weight method,analytic hierarchy process and grey relational degree method are used to determine the single weight of each index and each component,the cooperative game method is formed by combining the three single methods effectively,and then the method is used to determine the combined weights of each index and each component.Then,the membership degree of each component's index for auxiliary power supply system and traction drive system to each status grade are calculated according to the membership formula and the cloud model parameters,maximum membership method is used to obtain the evaluation results of each component and each subsystem.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the traction drive system and the auxiliary power supply system,the whole electrical system of the EMU is evaluated.By assessing the health status of CRH3 EMU electrical system,the results show that the cooperative game method and cloud model theory can combine the layered analysis model of two subsystem,and information on the health status of each index,key components,two subsystem and whole electrical system are given intuitively,meanwhile,the comprehensive health status assessment of electrical system for CRH3 EMU can also be carried out effectively.
