In recent years,with the gradual increase of construction projects and the increase of complexity,construction projects have gradually approached the form of construction project groups.The management of construction projects is no longer a single project,which requires coordination and cooperation between multiple projects change.The project groups generated by the transportation provide convenience for the country's economic growth and cultural heritage.For example,the Hangzhou Asian Games project,the Shanghai World Expo project,and the high-speed railway project are typical large-scale project groups with huge investment.Material transportation-related expenses are an important part of the total cost of the project group.Therefore,material transportation-related expenses directly affect the total cost of the entire project group.Through the understanding of the relevant theoretical knowledge of construction project group management and material transportation problems,comparative analysis of the relevant algorithms to solve the transportation problem to make problem assumptions,model establishment and algorithm improvement for the construction project group material transportation problems.Redefine the unit freight rate of the transportation problem and combine the actual project with the freight based on a certain weight ratio to provide the material supplier with rough processing fees,material handling fees,material entry inspection fees,material transfer storage fees and transportation process materials The loss fee and unit freight rate are defined as nominal freight.Split the transportation problem into several assignment problems,redefine the closed-loop algorithm and the Hungarian algorithm,propose a solution to the material transportation problem of the construction project group,and prove its related theories,and give specific steps to solve the problem of the improved algorithm.Through the analysis of the complexity of several typical algorithms at present,compared with the improved algorithm,the improved algorithm not only omits the process of calculating the test number in the transportation problem,but also omits the process of scoring adjustment of the assignment problem,and obtains transportation simply and efficiently.The optimal solution to the problem.Finally,through an example of the steel bar transportation problem in the actual construction project group,the proposed improved algorithm is used to solve and verify,and the optimal transportation scheme is obtained,and the feasibility,simplicity and practicability of the improved algorithm are effectively proved.The improved algorithm can effectively solve the problem of selecting materials suppliers in the construction project group to transport construction materials for each sub-project in the project group and ensure the lowest transportation cost,effectively control the transportation cost of the construction project group materials,and ensure the corresponding profit of the construction project group,As far as possible to minimize the cost of material transportation in the project group.
