A fan is a machine that sends mechanical energy and raises the air pressure by means of an impeller and sends it out.Fans are widely used in industry,and are widely used in agriculture,textile,chemical industry,transportation,electricity and machinery.The main performance parameters of the fan are air volume,air pressure,speed,specific speed,power,etc.These parameters are basically measured before leaving the factory.However,in actual operation,the real-time measurement of these main parameters of the fan is very important.For example,mine ventilation,it is necessary to timely and accurately grasp the ventilation parameters of the main underground tunnel: air volume and pressure to ensure the safety of workers.In addition,other operating conditions also require real-time detection of fan parameters to achieve optimized energy-saving control.The design of this subject mainly includes three parts: sensor,control module and host computer,which can perform real-time online monitoring of fan performance parameters.It includes a pressure sensor provided on the fan,a reference resistance strain gauge and a controller provided on the circuit board.The controller includes a control chip and its peripheral circuits.The pressure sensor and the reference resistance strain gauge are electrically connected through a differential circuit.Multi-way switch,the multi-way switch is controlled by the control chip,and is connected to the filter integration amplifier circuit through the differential amplifier circuit,and the output terminal of the filter integration amplifier circuit is connected to the A / D port of the control chip and the input terminal of the comparator circuit,and the output terminal of the comparator circuit The pulse width acquisition port of the control chip and the external interrupt port are respectively connected,and the reference voltage circuit provides a stable reference voltage for the entire system.The system is based on a highperformance digital controller,combined with peripheral analog electronic circuits to measure the pressure,air volume,and speed parameters of the running fan in real time.Upload the measured parameters to the host computer through the RS485 module.The host computer can send a command to the module to select a certain detection module to report the detected voltage value,pulse width and frequency.Another way to detect the shaft temperature of the fan.The single-chip microcomputer passes the detection,and if the wind pressure,temperature and vibration exceed the constant value,it will automatically cut off the power supply of the fan.This subject has the following innovations: 1.The module is based on a high-performance digital controller,combined with peripheral analog electronic circuits to measure the pressure,air volume,speed,and vibration parameters of the running fan in real time;2.The module uses its own designed pressure sensor,While ensuring accuracy,greatly reduces the cost of fan monitoring 3.The module is highly integrated and easy to use.This article basically completed the design and debugging of the module's hardware,software and host computer,and carried out joint debugging of software and hardware at the test site of the fan,and explored the vibration test.The feasibility of this module design is verified.
